Product development: Led overseas' purchasing team to develop original designs into the collection mix, from initial prototype approval and cost assessment to final production run. Custom, design, and execute creative showroom displays in Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and High Point.

Creative Process: Produce company multiple product catalogs, including styling, photography, editing, layout, managing copywriters, and final pre-press approval.

 

Marketing/Digital Assets/Content Management: Managed the company's media, press releases, and advertisement materials. Produce materials for advertising campaigns by working closely with National Sale Managers. Create and maintain the company's website landing page, eblast, e-catalogs, and welcome kits. Work within CMS and Silverpop specifications.

 

Licensing Designers Creative: Creative, design, and produce the company's various licensed designers' catalogs according to each line/brand's unique aesthetics and vision. Provided guidance and collaborated with designers during the catalog production process, from the initial concept of the book, photoshoot, and layout to final pre-press approval.

Spearheaded and established the vision and creative direction for this start-up wholesale company. 

 

Create, design and develop the company’s entire product line; includes sourcing for manufacturers, developing product prototypes, assessing quality controls, negotiating production contracts and defining product cost viability. 

 

Manage and negotiate international and national freight delivery costs and timelines. 

 

Manage, design and produce two annual company product catalogs. 

 

Style, photograph and edit all company’s promotional product images. 

 

Design and execute company’s booth asthestics at trade show; including color schemes, show logistics, merchandise placement, and booth displays. 

 

Supervise public relations and media management campaigns. 

 

Develop retail client alliances and establish company’s retail-vendor portfolio with home furnishing boutiques across the nation as well as with national retailers.
